The cost of a CPM Manual system is $2,995.00 plus applicable taxes.

What does this provide the client?

1) COMPLETE Employee Policy Manual

CPM Manuals provides a custom designed, professionally edited and extraordinarily comprehensive employee policy manual for a fraction of the cost of a consultant product.
Since the client has had direct input to the content through completing the CPM development questionnaire, the finished employee policy manual meets the precise needs identified by the client.

2) Copyright Protection for Policy Handbook

The CPM development questionnaire is a copyrighted document.  Upon completion of the questionnaire selection process and printing of the final employee policy manual, the copyright transfers to the CPM client so that he/she will receive a copyright protected employee policy handbook.

3) Free "How to" booklet.

A twenty page “How to Create an Employee Policy Handbook” booklet is provided to all CPM clients at time of purchase.  This booklet serves to thoroughly explain the process of creating an employee policy manual with many useful recommendations that will help the client achieve the very best possible product.

4) 12 Month No Charge Amendment Service.

Included in the price is a no charge, twelve month amendment service should the client identify changes and refinements that he/she wishes to embody in the employee policy handbook.  This provision ensures that clients wishing to “fine tune” their employee policy manuals can do so with no further financial commitment.

5) Electronic Files and Back up Files

CPM Manuals will provide the client with a Word or PDF (or both if requested) file of the completed employee policy handbook to be retained by the client.

6) Professional Assistance and Advice.

CPM Manuals is pleased to provide on going advice during the development questionnaire stage of the project or at any time up to the successful completion of the employee policy manual.
